To request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number from XetaWave you will need to have the following information available.
- The serial number of the unit(s) in question (X000000001234):
- The model of the unit(s) in question:
- Symptoms being experienced with the unit(s) in question:
XetaWave recommends that all returns be processed through our reseller and OEM partners. If you are unsure of who the radios were originally purchased through we will be happy to look this information up for you.
Once the above information is gathered please email support@xetawave.com requesting an RMA number. We will reply with an RMA number. Please ensure that all of the serial numbers included in the original request are included in the shipment. Please do not ship units to XetaWave that do not have an RMA number associated with them as this may cause a delay in processing the repair.
